Our gastronomic events
Since 1967 the idea was born to bring a piece of cuisine from another region and offer it at the restaurant.
It all began offering raclette, fondue and other specialties beyond the Alps that had huge success among the local patrons.
In 1982 more focus was placed on the nearby Italian regions and the region of Valtellina (nord west of Milan) was selected. . In the last 15 years the restaurant features its most popular gastronomic events with Liguria (January to March), Piedmont (April to May), Game season (September to November) and Sicily (October to December). From its 1967 idea the cheese fondue has remained and it can be tasted throughout october to March.
